Art work guidelines



File formats are Adobe Illustrator .eps,pdf, high resolution jpeg file. Fonts are outlined ‐ (converted to paths ‐ even if you think the fonts are   embedded please convert to outlines as we can accept no responsibility for changes in fonts). CMYK format with all pantone swatches converted to CMYK prior to sending. Good quality for a large scale banner, minimum 300 dpi image. Images should be a minimum of 300 dpi at 1:10 scale. Banner dimensions are correct size. All artwork should ideally be accompanied by a printed proof to allow us to check against the supplied artwork. Digital proofs can be accepted. Please note .pdf proofs are not accepted unless fonts are outlined It is your responsibility to ensure artwork is supplied to us in CMYK format with all pantone swatches converted to CMYK prior to sending.



By submitting artwork to us we assume the files have been proof read and   approved prior to sending to us, however, we will give the artwork a basic pre‐flight check, free of charge, against the proof supplied. If we find any errors with artwork, we will give you a full notification of the errors and give you the option of re‐submitting artwork or alternatively authorising ourselves  to carry out the alterations charge. When pre‐flight check is successful and approved, our standard turnaround time will apply. Please note whilst we try to  prevent incorrect artwork from being printed we are not responsible for any  errors within your supplied artwork.
