We can help. Our comprehensive design service means we can either recreate artwork from your hard copy, come up with a fresh corporate image from scratch or anything in between. We include adapting your cut or print-ready originals in the overall cost. If it’s very time consuming we might charge a bit more, on an hourly basis, but if so we’ll tell you up front first.
You name it. We accept artwork in all sorts of common formats and some not-so-common file types too. The only thing is, we need cut artwork as a vector file with fonts converted to curves or outlines. Just ask if you have any questions. Here’s what we can work with:

Yes! We do free site visits. And if you need signage inspiration you can always visit our show room to see for yourself what we can do for you.
Of course. We can send you colour scale drawings, or pop in to approve them in person. Our proofing service is completely free. Sometime we can’t release the artwork from our premises but if so, we’ll make it clear up front.
Sometimes. Some jobs qualify for a quantity discount, others don’t. It depends on the production method. If your order is eligible we’ll factor the volume discount into your quote.
We do so many different things there’s no such thing as a price list. It depends on your budget and the project. That’s why we’re always happy to give a free, no obligation quote. Just ask. Whatever your needs we’re dedicated to delivering excellent service and really good quality products at a fair price. And because we’re in it for the long term, not just here to make a fast buck, we won’t compromise on quality to get you a cheaper price. Our reputation depends on it!
BACS and cash are the prefered methods of payment. Credit/Debit cards are also accepted. This can be paid in person or over the telephone.
Yes, we give a 12 month guarantee on permanent installations against faulty workmanship, negligence and defects. That means we’ll gladly repair or replace faulty signage. But you’ll find our signs are very durable. We’ve been doing this for long enough to know signage should be built and fitted to last. With regular care and maintenance most types of signage will last anything from seven years to a decade.
The only things we can’t guarantee are consumable items like lamps and tubes because there’s no way of establishing what ‘normal’ use is. Everyone uses them differently.
